I am looking for a new flatmate to join my 2 bedroom flat share in Finsbury Park.
The room has good natural light during the day. It is furnished and I am open to make some changes if needed.
There is NO shared living or dining room but the kitchen is big enough to socialise have have lovely dinners.
The flat is located in a quiet residential area. Finsbury Park is around the corner. It takes around 8 minutes to walk to Finsbury Park station (access to Piccadilly/Victoria line, multiple bus lines, and the railway). There are various supermarkets, restaurants, post offices, etc. within 10 minutes walking distance. It is also 2 mins from famous pub Faltering Full back and Parkland Way, wooded nature preserve along a former rail line with old platforms & a trail for walking & biking.
it is only me at the flat. I am a professional theatre lighting designer and a promoter. I would love to live with an art minded person like me.
