Great room in large house next to Clissold Park

Hi there!

I'm Luke, I’m a software developer living in London.

One of our housemates is sadly departing so we are looking for a fourth person to join the house.

The location is amazing: directly opposite the iconic Castle climbing centre, 2 minutes from Clissold Park, very close to Manor House and Finsbury Park stations, with busses just outside that go directly into central London in 20 minutes.

The house itself is great, with three floors, a garden, garage, three communal toilets and two communal bathrooms, a large kitchen and a large living room.

The room is spacious, is on the corner and so has windows on to walls and has a view overlooking the Castle.

Bills generally come to about £120 a month each, and we also currently get a cleaner twice a month which is about £14 each a time.

The tenancy agreement is until November 2027 but shorter stays are OK as long as you find a replacement, and there's a £100 contract amendment fee.

A bit about the current housemates - you would be sharing with myself, a CBT therapist in the NHS, and a private tutor. We all love a good hang in the living room or garden but also respect each other's space. We’re all big music and movie fans, and try to outdo each other when we cook the occasional house meal.
