Studio Flat - top floor - 2 minute walk to station

Hey guys,
since I am moving abroad, I am looking for a new tenant for my beloved studio flat close to Finsbury Park.

The Studio
This studio is on the top floor of a four-story shared house with no direct rooms next to it, so the entire 4th floor is yours, which enables a high level of privacy. Your own kitchenette, fridge, washing machine and bathroom on your floor make you fully autonomous. The studio comes fully furnished including everything you see in the pictures.
I recently purchased a vacuum cleaner, an air fryer, and a tower fan for the property. I would like the new tenant to take over these items as a bundle for a total price of £150. (Happy to send you the product details, if you want).
You even have a little attic - super convenient to store luggage etc.

The House
The house is in general shared by 4 men and 3 women, including 2 couples, I think. They share their bathrooms and the kitchen. However, since I do not use their amenities, I just got to know them superficially. All in all very respectful and considerate people.

The Location
The studio is just a 2 minute walk from the Finsbury Park station (Victoria line, Picadilly line, National Rail). Although the tube station is buzzing most of the times, the street in where the studio is, is very quiet - rarely cars driving by.
Arsenal station is around 7 minutes away.
Different grocery stores like Iceland, Tesco express, Lidl and M+S are right around the corner, as well as cafes and of course the Finsbury Park.

The Rent
The rent is 1260 pounds per month and includes all bills (heating, electricity, water, wifi, council tax).

Move in date:
Move in date would be around the 7th of December 2026.
