Double room available in Finsbury Park for a female housemate from Nov 1st. Rent is £680 + bills. Looking for a working professional aged between 26-30 ideally.

15 min walk from Finsbury Park Station / Lidl / Aldi / Superdrug so it’s a great location!

Would be living with 2 Irish girls working in marketing. We are social girls who love going out for dinner and drinks, but also enjoy time at home to relax with a movie night in!

We are clean and tidy and like making our house a home by maintaining it well. So we are looking for someone who will also prioritise this.

The room is super cosy with lots of natural light. (Only things not included in the room is the dark bookcase and vanity desk)

Looking for someone long term. Would need proof of current work contract in London (non negotiable), previous landlord reference, 3 months bank statements, 3 month work payslips, proof of previous address (utility bill etc).
