I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely, well-maintained house in an excellent location, with pretty much everything you could need right on your doorstep.

The location:

- Shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs and brunch spots all nearby
- M&S right by the station
- Gymbox, yoga and BJJ within easy reach
- Great transport links from the station

The room:
The room is cute, bright and overlooks the garden, giving it a lovely peaceful feel. It’s on the ground floor, conveniently located next to the kitchen, bathroom and living room.

The room will come unfurnished, but I’d be happy to sell the wardrobe and shelves to whoever moves in, as I won’t be taking them with me.

The house:
The house is in great condition and has 3 bathrooms, including one en-suite, so there’s plenty of space and no morning bathroom queues!

The housemates:
You’ll be living with lovely, professional housemates. It’s a friendly and sociable house, but not a party house-everyone has their own hobbies, social lives and activities, and there’s a nice balance between spending time together and having your own space.

Overall, it’s a really comfortable house in a fantastic location, and I’m sad to be leaving!

I’m moving out in November, with 27th November being the latest move-out date, but I’d be very happy to move out earlier if everything is agreed and the necessary checks are completed sooner. So there’s some flexibility on the move-in date.
