Double Room w/ Massive Private Terrace (N4)

We’re unfortunately leaving the country, so our room is up for grabs. It's a spacious double room with your an en-suite shower and private terrace.

It’s spacious enough for a couple or a single person who wants a quiet bedroom while still being part of a friendly house.
- Fully furnished with underbed storage space as well
- En-suite shower and sink
- Shared toilet with just one other housemate
- Your own private terrace/balcony right off the room, gets plenty of sun in the summer
- The room is at the back of the house so is away from any street noise

The House:
- A mixed group of professionals, who are laid-back, considerate, and tidy.
- It is a big 3 storey house, and we have varying schedules so it rarely feels crowded
- Everyone's super friendly and welcoming. We have the occasional meal together (no pressure to join) plus there's a BBQ in the garden
- Massive, well-equipped kitchen (it has 3 hobs and 3 sinks, so cooking at the same time is never an issue!)
- Bills are shared, approx £75-85 per month per person.

The area:
- 3 mins walk to Aldi, Sainsbury’s superstore, gyms, all the restaurants/bakeries on the high street, and Finsbury park.
- Piccadilly Underground, Overground, National Rail, and busses all within 5-10 mins walk.
- There is on-street public parking
