The Flat:

Ground floor maisonette that was newly refurbished before I moved in a year ago. Modern bathroom and kitchen, separate living room. There’s a garden with shed storage. Parking with permit also available.

The Room:

Room is large enough for a king size bed, desk, plus more. Has a tonne of storage and is generally a good space.

Housemate that is moving out is willing to sell furniture in the photos otherwise the room comes unfurnished.

I’m 28, professional working in fintech. Into all the standard stuff like football, gym, pubs, and gigs. Usually WFH a couple of days a week. Like to keep the place tidy and relaxing to be in.
