Cosy little room in Big house

Hey there!

We are looking for a new housemate to replace our friend Patrick who is moving out mid December to live with his partner.

About the house/room.
- Located a cruisy 5 minute walk from Finsbury Park station and surrounded by lovely high streets and shops
- The room is approx 2.5x3.2m and comes furnished with double bed, bedside table + wardrobe
- Large, airy, recently renovated kitchen/dining/living space downstairs to make up for the cozy room, plus a nice garden!
- 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo - you’ll be sharing the first floor bathroom with Natalie and Cormac.
- We expect bills to be an extra £120 or so per month each
- Council tax band F (£54.50 per person per month)

We are looking for a sociable housemate to share the space with us on a short term basis (2-4 months), as we are thinking of moving in the spring and can't guarantee a longer stay (if things go well we would consider moving with you too)
