I’m looking for someone to take over a cosy, small double room in a lovely third-floor flat just a 5/7-minute walk from Finsbury Park station.

📍 Location 
The flat is on a quiet residential street, positioned between Finsbury Park and Clissold Park. Just a short stroll away you’ll find the cafés, shops and restaurants on Blackstock Road and Stroud Green Road. Stoke Newington is also nearby. The area is super well connected (Picadilly & Victoria lines and National Rail at FP Station). The building also has a lift.

🛏 The Room
* Small double (cosy but comfortable!)
* Furnished (bed and wardrobe).
* £850 per month
* Bills are £106 per month (includes council tax, water, gas/electricity and WiFi)

📅 Availability
Available from 16th December but can be flexible to be earlier.

🏡 The Flat
Third floor in a well-kept block (with lift). The area is quiet and safe, but you’re close to everything you need.

👯‍♀️ The Housemates
You’d be living with two people (29 & 32 ), a project manager and a civil servant. They’re friendly, easygoing and sociable — the kind of people who enjoy spending time together (chilling in the evenings, going out for dinner, morning trips to Fink’s before work), but also have their own separate lives and routines.

We’re looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a room -
more “friend in the flat” than stranger vibes.
