Not a party house, as Leala-Rain travels a lot, so it's a home to be calm, but open to having people over for dinners and the odd hangouts from time to time.

3-bed top flat of a Victorian (?) house - 3-storey split level with a sun trap terrace!
Your room is garden-facing with one window.
The bathroom is shared with one other person. Both bedrooms are on the top floor.
The room comes with a mattress and a tall wardrobe. Option to purchase the bedframe.

The Logistics 👩🏽‍💻
Move-in date: anywhere between Jan 11th and 31st; the earlier, the better.
There are agency’s checks, including proof of income, job contract, right to work, references, deposit etc. All by the book vibes.
We renew the contract annually on May 19th.
Council tax band D.

A second ensuite room is available if friends are looking in twos - open to discuss!
