Large ground floor room and private bathroom

Bottom floor large room 7 minutes walk to Finsbury Park train station, parallel to Blackstock road and close to Clissold Park. This is a short term sublet to fill my room whilst I am away from the beginning of January to mid April, but can be a bit flexible.

Room comes with king size bed and storage space. Very light room, lets in the sun. Access to private bathroom down the hall. Bike storage spaces. Living room, kitchen, conservatory and garden also on the ground floor. Sharing with 5 others, often feels like you have the whole floor to yourself.

Cleaner comes every two weeks to clean the bathroom and kitchen, this and bills is included in the price.

Housemates are young professionals, LGTBQ household - so must be LGTBQ friendly. Chilled out and friendly, fun but not a party house. Will sometimes watch TV together in the evenings. No pets. Give me a message if you're interested!
