Bedsit/Studio room to let in family house

Hi there, I am looking for someone to move in to the cosy self contained bedsit/studio room.

The studio is located in a Victorian family home and I am searching for a professional to move in. The house is situated a 5-10 min walk from Finsbury Park interchange and 5 mins from Crouch Hill overground. Tesco, Lidl and Sainsbury's and many more shops are a 2 min walk at the end of the street on Stroud Green road. The area is lively with loads of cool cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants as well as the park. Theatre and picture house cinemas close by.

Our street is safe and quiet and the house is secure.
The WiFi connection is excellent, the room is well organised and completely self contained.

There is a sink, fridge, microwave, induction hob for cooking basic food, toaster+kettle...everything needed to live independently.
The room is for one person, very quiet, medium sized, faces the garden, has a big table, a double bed and lots of storage space.

There is no communal living space and you have your own bathroom. The bathroom is only shared when someone comes to stay. The toilet and washing machine are shared with myself.

Although there is no shared communal space I am friendly and happy to have a chat occasionally and answer any questions.

This studio/bedsit would suit a person who needs a quiet and safe space to live/work.

I am starting viewings this coming 01/10.
