The flat is located on Alexandra Grove, 5-10 minutes walk to either Manor House or Finsbury Park stations. Numerous bus routes to central London (29, 253, 254, 259, 141 and 341) are only a few minutes away.
The rent is £900 per month inclusive of all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax and broadband). Security deposit is £450.
I'm looking for someone to move in from 12th September but a few days earlier will also be possible. Please get in touch if you would like to arrange a viewing.
