Single/Small Double In Beautiful Victorian Flat

My friends and I have just got a new flat in Finsbury park and we are seeking a forth flat mate to join us. We are three professional girls, Katie 22, Emma 23 and Yvette 27, and we are seeking another professional girl to join us.
We are big clean freaks so a neat tidy person is a must. But dont let that put you off as we are also bags of fun! (I think so anyway) We would really like to live with some one that sees us more than just people who you share a flat with and more like friends. Wed love to introduce you to our friends and vice versa and all hang out together.

To let you know a bit about the flat youd be living in. Its located 2 minutes from Finsbury Park tube station (on the Victoria line) and you have just about every bus going all over London from the area too.
Its on Wilberforce Road, so you can goggle map it and see if you like the location.
Its a beautiful top floor flat in a Victorian style building. On a lovely tree lined street full of other lovely houses. Its a really safe area as its a haven for the middle class type.

The room youd be renting is a single/double. The room can come furnished or unfurnished with whatever you may require. There is built in storage spaces around the flat too that you're welcome to as your room is the smallest and its only fair.

The flat has a good size kitchen, we are hoping to put a breakfast table in.
There is a bathroom with bath shower sink and of course toilet, and another separate room with a second shower. A great bonus, as Im sure you know what girls are like. You can have two people showering at the same time separately without temperature or water pressure being affected.

Rent is £570 pcm for that room. That doesnt include bills or council tax and I cant give you a figure for that yet as we are unsure of that price ourselves. But we are hoping to pay no more than £600 pcm for everything (rent bills and council tax)
