a single room with its own private balcony (upstairs), and

a double room featuring a large quality sofa bed with an added mattress topper for extra comfort and a restful night’s sleep.

Whether you're staying short-term or long-term, this home provides a peaceful environment ideal for focused work, relaxation, or a city break. The rooms are spacious, filled with natural light, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

You’ll also have full access to a well-equipped kitchen for meal prep and two terraces with beautiful views - perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

Flexible Options:
The double room is available for short stays (max a few nights a week) — ideally during the week, but weekends may be possible depending on availability.
