Friendly, clean apartment in heart of West End

This is a really friendly flat in the heart of London. You will be sharing with two ladies and two men all who are working professionals.

There is a large lounge, bathroom with shower and toilet and another toilet.
There is also a balcony for the summer. Also there are beautiful communal gardens with grass lawns and lots of trees.

The kitchen is bright with fantastic views over the roof tops and of the BT Tower. It is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, condenser drier etc,

The bedroom is on the top floor with a stunning view of the BT Tower. There is a double bed, desk with drawers, two wall shelves and an enormous built in wall wardrobe. The room measures 10’7” x 6’1” (323cm x 184cm). The built in wall wardrobe measures 4’8” x 2’10” (142cm x 87cm).

The maisonette is spread over the fourth and fifth floors of the building (the top floors) so the rooms are bright with good views.

All bills are included - heating, electricity, water, council tax and broad band internet.

The contract is very flexible. There is a minimum stay of three months. After that you can leave anytime with only one month's notice.

The house is rented directly by me, the landlord, so there are no nightmares with useless agencies or extra fees. I have been a landlord for over thirty years and it is my full time occupation so I can respond quickly to your needs.

Upon payment, your deposit is immediately protected by the Government Scheme, MyDeposits. You will be issued with a signed certificate which will give you peace of mind. If I run off to South America with some pretty girl (unlikely but I can dream!) or get run over by a bus (more likely but hopefully not), you will be able to get your deposit back. I always return deposits quickly and efficiently in full as soon as the keys are returned. All you need to do is give me one month’s notice and clean your room on departure.
