This is a large, bright bedroom measuring 12'6" by 10'7" (3. 8m x 3. 2m) with panoramic views of BT tower. The double bed has a superb high quality orthopaedic mattress. There is a very large solid pine wardrobe, pine chest of drawers and large desk.

The lounge is furnished with two sofas, dining table and five chairs and coffee table. Adjacent to the lounge is a balcony. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet and another toilet.

The kitchen is bright with fantastic views over the roof tops and of the BT Tower. It is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, condenser drier etc,

The maisonette is spread over the fourth and fifth floors of the building (the top floors) so the rooms are bright with good views.

There is a wonderful private square for residents only with mature trees, flower beds and grass lawn which is really well maintained. This is a lovely peaceful place to relax in.

All bills are included - heating, electricity, water, council tax and broad band internet.

The contract is very flexible with just one month's notice if you need to move and no notice at all if you want to swap to one of my other houses or flats.

My name is Charles and I own the place so you do not need to have all the nightmares of dealing with useless agencies. There are no rip-off "referencing/inventory/administration" fees and I am quick to return deposit in full.
