All bills are included in the rent, however please note that fair use of amenities applies.

Excellent transport links in the area - Upton Park & East Ham stations (district line), Woodgrange Park and Forest Gate stations (both Elizabeth line) are all between 10-18 minutes walk away with Stratford station a 15 minutes bus ride away. Bus stops are located from between 2-7 minutes walk away from the property, depending on where you’re going.

Tesco, Iceland, Lidl, Aldi, Boots and Superdrug are all within walking distance with Sainsburys and Morrison’s a short bus ride away. Only street parking is available for which you’ll need a permit, however this is free and easy enough to apply for.

I'm 44 and work from home full-time in film distribution. My current housemate is female, 24 and works full time, with the odd day working from home. We're both pretty chilled, have some similar hobbies and interests whilst also having completely different interests.

I’m ideally looking for a female housemate who’s easy going and sociable. Someone who wouldn’t mind sharing a meal and a drink or two every now and again. The ideal person should be a decent cook but not essential as I’m a pretty good cook myself however a sense of humour is essential!

Needless to say, we're looking for someone who is also clean, tidy and willing to clean up after themselves without having to be asked etc.

Please note that i have a beautiful 4 year old cat, so the ideal person must be ok with cats and cat hair!
