Laid back home looking for a new housemate -1 Nov!

I’m looking for a new housemate to move in from November onwards.

A little bit about me, I’m a live-in landlord, chill and easy-going, and work professionally in the city. I’m usually in the office 2 to 3 days a week and travel for work from time to time, so I’m often out and about and generally doing my own thing.

Outside of work, I’m living a pretty active lifestyle with various sports, I’ve also recently started wheel throwing in an attempt to keep at least one hobby that doesn’t involve looking at a garmin…

The house is on a quiet street and has a pretty calm, homely feel. I’m looking for someone who is clean, reliable, considerate and easy going. It would be nice to live with someone who’s happy to have a chat/tea every now and then, but who is also independent and comfortable doing their thing.

I should add that it’s certainly not a party house, so I’m looking for someone who prefers a quieter home!

My girlfriend is over fairly often (she’s a ⭐️), she does have a cat who may occasionally visit (not so often) - both equally chill and easygoing! Unfortunately, I can’t accommodate someone bringing their own pet.

The house is fully furnished and already has pretty much everything you’d need in terms of kitchen and household basics, including cutlery, plates, pots, pans and so on. Because of that, there isn’t space for additional large furniture downstairs. The room does have storage, space under the bed, but it’s relatively limited for bulky items, so it would probably suit someone who isn’t moving with a huge amount of furniture or oversized belongings.

Overall, I’m an open mind about who I live with. The main thing for me is finding someone friendly, clean, dependable and respectful who wants a relaxed and comfortable place to live.
