This is a single room that’s available starting from 23 Jun for 125/week. It includes a single bed, a 73cm desk and a double wardrobe. The window overlooks a quiet residential street with large trees.

The property was completely renovated 5 years earlier with new electrics, plastering, decoration, kitchen and bathrooms. It is renovated to a high standard.

The property is located in Forest Hill **SE23 2UH** with excellent connections into the city. It's located a convenient 5 minute walk to the station, with services running every 5 minutes, linking into the Jubilee, District and Hammersmith tube lines: Please check Google Maps for an exact journey time to your work.

Forest Hill is a leafy and relaxed residential area with cafes and pubs. The property is positioned near Victorian housing, lovely Sycamore trees and walking distance to the fantastic Horniman Museum with landscaped gardens.
