Double room with own bathroom in forest hill

Hello, I’m renting a room in my bright and tasteful house in Forest Hill. You’d be sharing with me and my sweet and friendly dog Cooper (3 years). I work in international development and have recently relocated to the UK from Sierra Leone. There is a lovely garden, use of an office on days I am not WFH and a bathroom next to the bedroom for your use only. The bedroom has built in storage and there is a loft space for stuff like suitcases.

Bills are not included and are around £225pcm.

I’m looking for a conscientious and grown-up housemate to enjoy sharing the space with. Being a dog lover is a must, and I’m looking for someone who ideally WFH a few days a week and would be delighted to keep Cooper company.

I’m a 2 minute walk from the station which has southern trains to London bridge in 15mins and the overground. There is private parking in front of the house and lots of space out the back for a bike.

Forest Hill has a great local community offer, with cute cafes, good local restaurants less than 5 mins walk (sour dough pizza, Thai, Asian and Indian), good pubs, parks and green space, the Horniman museum and an arts and crafts scene with lots of workshops.

There are three gyms in walking distance, a yoga studio, a swimming pool, a running club that leaves pretty much from the doorstep and a local cross fit.
