You would be less than 20 mins from London Bridge or Canary Wharf and with a direct line to Shoreditch, Dalston, Clapham, East Dulwich etc.

I will be your live-in landord, having owned the property for three years. Before buying in 2021, I've lived in shared houses since my university days.
