Double Room with Private Bathroom

Essential info / overview:

Double room available in beautiful Forest Hill home with somatics & yoga studio.
Looking for someone short-term whilst one housemate is away seeing family in Portugal.

The room:
Ground floor double room, with private bathroom. Furnished with desk to WFH.

About the house:
A beautiful three-bedroom house set across three floors on a cobblestone mews in Forest Hill, on a street full of artists’ studios and creatives.

There’s a light-filled kitchen with a glass roof, a large open-plan living room with natural light throughout the day, and a balcony that gets the sun from around 11:30am onwards. We have a large main bathroom with a bathtub and shower, plus an additional toilet and shower downstairs.

There’s also a dedicated somatics and yoga studio on the ground floor, where we host a small selection of monthly sessions.

We love sharing breakfasts, dinners and little moments together when we can, while also very much respecting each other’s space and independence.

We’re looking for someone house trained ;) … tidy, house-proud and proactive, who naturally does their part with cleaning and looking after shared spaces. We really value good, open and honest communication in the house.

Our life here is a sweet balance of wholesome and quiet during the week, with the occasional dinner or friend staying over, while at weekends we also love going out and being social - whether that’s hiking or camping somewhere in nature, or ending up in the club.

We’re into music, hiking, travel, nature, raves, festivals, reading, films, and all things somatics and sound.

You’ll be living with:
Robyn (34) - DJ and founder of Bodily, a community and event series exploring sound and somatics through workshops and retreats. Her other work is as a lead stylist and textile artist for Mia Sylvia.

Isa (36) - founder of Bodi Toys and a somatics practitioner specialising in sexuality.
