THE ROOM:

Very large loft bedroom with ensuite available to sublet 10 Dec-3rd Jan. The room has a ton of natural light and comes with a really comfy double bed, a TV, a large mirror, black-out blinds/curtains, a big desk, table/desk and chair. I can make space in wardrobe for your items.

THE HOUSE:

Location is Forest Hill, SE23. Nearest stations are Forest Hill or Sydenham, both approx 15 mins walk.

4 bedroom mid-terrace house with high ceilings & lots of natural light.

Fully furnished. We've got a dyson vacuum, a big tv, workout station and equipment. The kitchen is very well stocked for everything you need to cook & bake. We've got a lovely garden and there's free parking for cars on the street.

THE HOUSEMATES:

Sharing with 2 women and 1 man, all members of LGBT community, ages of 27-43 who get on very well -

Ana (she/her) - Ana did a phd in anthropology, works in Research and enjoys history, art, museums and cooking.

Natalia (she/they) - Yoga teacher, actor, dancer, singer, violin teacher AND plays violin in a punk band -phew! Vegan.

Simão (he/him) - Interior designer and ceramist. Likes cycling, hitting the gym and eating healthy.
