Two lovely rooms available in a spacious Forest Hill home 🌿

I'm looking for two lovely housemates to join this home in Forest Hill!

It's a spacious three-bedroom house with a shared living room, kitchen, garden and one bathroom. Both rooms are generously sized, with a lovely view looking up the hill. The house has a really nice amount of space to relax, make yourself at home and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet.

Location-wise, we're really well connected, with both Forest Hill and Honor Oak Park Overground stations nearby, making it easy to get around London.

**A little about myself**

I'm a professional artist and musician, so my schedule can be a little varied. I tour, work in the studio and am often in and out of the house. I'm very friendly, independent and responsible, and I'd love to create a home that feels welcoming, comfortable and somewhere we can all enjoy spending time.

I've always loved the idea of living in a house of girlies, so ideally we're looking for female housemates, and would especially love to share with someone queer-friendly or part of the LGBTQ+ community.

**Who we're looking for**

Kind, considerate and respectful people who are clean, responsible and mindful of shared spaces. Ideally, you're working, with working outside the home being a plus, and have your own routine and independence.

I'm not looking for anything complicated — just people who communicate well, respect each other's space, clean up after themselves and understand that living together is about being considerate of one another.

Ultimately, I'd love to find people who want more than just a room to rent, and who would enjoy making the house feel like a little home.
