Free on-road parking. Easy journey walking/by bus to Forest Hill/Catford stations. Bus ride to Lewisham Hospital. ALL bills included CT/utilities/wifi/Sky. Shared newly fitted kitchen (fully equipped microwave, air fryer, toaster, gas hob electric oven, washing machine) shared bathroom with shower, shared lounge.
Looking for a quiet chilled flatmate - this is not a party house! Quiet area, lovely neighbours. Would be suitable for someone who works shifts as very quiet during the day. Small workstation available in lounge if needed.
