The room is at the back of the house so it’s very peaceful and overlooks the garden .
There is a double bed, chest of draws and wardrobe.

The property in a Victorian terrace cottage in Forest Hill.
We’re a short walk away from Forest Hill high street or Sydenham high street. Both have a great array of shops, restaurants and bars.
Also Crystal Palace is a short bus journey away. There you will find a huge array of restaurants, bars, shops. Also there is the Everyman cinema which is fabulous.
The area is full of green space with many parks around.
We have an Enormous Sainsbury's which is about a 2 minute walk away as well Next, Costa Coffee, Curry's amongst a few other stores.

The house has three bedrooms and a shared bathroom upstairs.
Downstairs a large kitchen/dinner, utility room with a washing machine and dishwasher and downstairs Wc
Also there’s a pretty garden.
About me.....I’m a live in landlady
. I run my own vintage clothing company.. I work from home during the week, then at weekends I’m mostly out working at Vintage Fairs.

Transport links: Lower Sydenham, is about 7-10 minute walk, SouthEastern trains ( zone 4 ) With trains into Charing Cross, London Bridge, Waterloo East. Taking about 15-20 mins.
Forest Hill or Sydenham Station is a 10-15 minutes walk (zone3 ) for the overground to Highbury & Islington. and Southern rail into Victoria station There is a bus right out side the front door that will take you to Forest Hill station in around 3 minutes.

24 hour night buses from the West-end come directly to Forest Hill and Sydenham .
