Studio Flat to let in Forest Hill

Hi, I'm renting my studio flat which will be available from 15th December 2025. It's a large studio only slightly smaller than some one bedrooms. It's located in Forest Hill only 15 min walk from the station. It comes with a bed, ladder shelves and the sofa in the pictures. There is also a pool on site which you can access at any time. I'm looking for someone to move in long term, at least one year. It's a great a place to live. It's newly decorated with wooden floors and lots of light. It also comes with a microwave and washer dryer. The only reason I left s because I moved in with my partner. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
