I am a friendly sociable, open minded, mature (but not old!) female, seeking a nice flatmate to share my lovely home with me now my son has left for university.

The flat is located in a charming and quiet residential street just 10 minutes walk from both Catford Bridge and Forest Hill train stations and not far from Catford and Honor Oak Stations too. There are also great bus links just 3 mins walk away linked to Lewisham DLR.

The flat is split levels with a big living room, a separate kitchen and a large, and sunny garden. The flat is recently decorated with a newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There's also a deep bath and a powerful shower.

The room is available now and is a large furnished double located on the upper floor which makes the room private. Approx size 15'x10'.

All bills are Included in the rent, subject to fair usage.
