Double Room in West Hampstead

This is a long-term contract of a minimum of a year. The room is available from the 11th of May (with some flexibility).

The room is part of a house in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We have a lovely garden with a pond. The kitchen is big, with plenty of appliances and storage space. The living room is quite big too; there's a piano and a dinner table where we usually eat. There are three floors, the room is on the top one, and we all share two bathrooms and a loo. As per bills, we pay around £60 per month on gas and electricity and £5 for internet each. We also have a cleaner that comes weekly, and we pay £28 each monthly.

There are currently five of us living here. It might sound busy, but the house is so spacious that it never feels crowded. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and respectful. While we’re often on different schedules, we enjoy getting together for dinners or barbecues when we can.

The location is great — just 2 minutes from a Tesco Express and 10 minutes from grocery stores, charity shops, pubs, and restaurants. There’s also a lovely farmers’ market every Saturday. Hampstead Village and the Heath are just 20 minutes away. We are 5 minutes by bus from West Hampstead station (Jubilee/Overground/Thameslink) and Golders Green (Northern).

The house has a family vibe. We've all been living together for a long time so we are looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful person to join our home.
