Sunny room in West Hampstead - short term

We’re offering a short-term room with the potential to extend through the summer. Ideally, move-in would be around the 2nd of June.

The room is in a spacious house in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. We have a lovely garden with a pond, a large kitchen with plenty of appliances and storage, and a big living room with a piano and a dining table where we often eat together. The house is spread over three floors; the room is on the top floor, facing the garden, and right next to a bathroom shared with just one other flatmate. It’s a warm, bright room that gets plenty of morning sun.

There are currently five of us living here, mostly working in the arts and often from home. It might sound busy, but the house is so spacious that it never feels crowded. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and respectful. While we’re often on different schedules, we enjoy getting together for dinners or barbecues when we can.

The location is great — just 2 minutes from a Tesco Express and 10 minutes from grocery stores, charity shops, pubs, and restaurants. There’s also a lovely farmers’ market every Saturday. Hampstead Village and the Heath are just 20 minutes away.

The price includes full fibre broadband, water bills, and council tax.
