Paradise in Chelsea - double room, en-suite

Hey there,

I'm looking for one roommate to live with me in this two bedroom Chelsea paradise. The place is located in a building designed by an Italian architect called Mario Manenti, in 1925, and was apparently modelled on his private estate close to Florence.

Set around courtyards and secret communal gardens, the unique 'Italian Village' provides serene and tranquil surroundings right on the Chelsea/Fulham border. It's a tranquil oasis in a busy city.

The flat is split on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, dining area, and a sitting room, with a tv, and book cases that I’d for you to help me fill.

We'd be moving in together in early August and my hope is that you'd join the tenancy (but not a total requirement). I'm looking for someone that will treat this like their home, rather than just a room. Help me decorate and furnish the place and make it our home.

The double room available has an en-suite with a bath, double glazing, with space for storage and wardrobe.

Fulham Broadway station is a 3 minute walk away, and there is a bus stop outside the front door with 3 different buses either taking you to central or past Victoria.

We have a Whole Foods/Waitrose/Sainsbury's and a 24hr Tesco all very close, some fantastic local pubs and parks.

As for me, I work as a brand and marketing consultant. I've got a good sense of humour and am laid back, but love to keep a good clean home. During the week I'd be working quite long hours but am the kind of guy that is happy to have a chat and chill on the sofa in the evenings. If you want to be social we can be social, and if you want your space then so do I.

I love to cook, listen to good music and watch Netflix (so just like everyone else).

Bills are included (gas, water, electricity, wi-fi, TV) except for council tax and a bi-weekly cleaner.
