King size bed in Fulham - w cleaner!

Lovely double bedroom with king size bed available a few minutes' walk from both Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green tube stations. The area is really safe and full of shops (Waitrose, Whole Foods etc), markets, boutiques and pubs. Eel Brook Common is just around the corner.

It has big windows, two floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers, shelving and wooden floors. There is also a desk and comfortable new chair and a lock on the door.

Flat has two bathrooms; one of which you will share with one other. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and lounge which has just been repainted with a flatscreen and new, comfy sofas. A cleaner comes every other week.

There is also a big balcony with sun into the afternoon.

I am a teacher and the other room is currently unoccupied.

Bills include gas/electricity, water, council tax, fibre broadband and television. We also have British Gas HomeCare cover.
