We have a homely double room available in a spacious home on a lovely residential street, a short walk from Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway stations.✨

THE HOUSE 🏡
The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink + a separate toilet with sink), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a garden patio. 👌

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
It's located very close to trendy cafes, shops, bars and restaurants in Parsons Green and Fulham and is a 5-minute walk from both tube stations. 🚉

THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
You'll be living with four young professionals: three male and one female.

- Josh S, 25. Likes music and pubs.
- Ollie, 25. Enjoys writing, making music, watching sports, and socializing with friends.
- Willoe, 22. Likes gymnastics, swimming, running, reading, and socializing with friends.
- Josh B, 24. Likes music, swimming, singing, rugby, and cricket.

You will have an opportunity to meet your future housemates before anything is finalized. 👍

Please note that we don't accept couples in our house shares to avoid overcrowding, only one tenant per room. 😌

THE ROOM 🛏️
This cosy double room is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk and chair, providing ample storage and a dedicated workspace. 🤌

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £150 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍

We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home. Please note that we don't accept couples in our house shares to avoid overcrowding, only one tenant per room.

We are not an agency. As such, we do not take a commission or charge any fees. 💯
