This cosy double room is offered fully furnished for your comfort. It includes a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers, ensuring you have plenty of storage space to easily tuck away all your belongings. 👍

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.🤌
