I am renting a double room in lovely Parson’s Green (south west zone 2) super close to the tube, parks and shops.
It’s a one bed modern ground floor flat (I have converted the lounge into my room and rent out the bedroom). The only common areas are the kitchen, bathroom and a small hallway.
The room is bright and neutral and comes with a double bed, desk, chair, bed side table and closet. It has hardwood floors, underfloor heating and a large double glazed window. There is fast unlimited broadband but no TV (we can discuss getting one if needed).
Happy to hear from people with a steady income (male/female) under 40 who have had previous flatshares.
Rent is 1300 per month all bills included except electricity to be split. One month’s rent upfront plus one month’s deposit. Particularly interested in a short let .
