Lovely attic extension

We live in a bright, airy, modern house with an up to date kitchen, steam oven, American fridge/freezer, washing machine, drier. There is a west facing garden.

We are 5 minutes walk to Fulham Broadway tube station and on the 211 and 295 bus routes.

I am retired but independent. My housemate is doing hid MA at Imperial College.

We are looking for a man, over 30, to rent the bright attic extension, which has extensive views over London.

We are friendly, clean and we respect each other’s privacy.
