Large super king bedroom available in leafy Fulham! We are looking for a single person to fill this room.

This bright and spacious room is very large by London standards and is complete with its own private ensuite with toilet, shower and bath. The room has two large built-in wardrobes and comes with 2 additional dresser/drawers, and also has ample under-bed storage. The size of the room also allows for any other small bits of furniture you might have. As the master bedroom, it is situated on the top floor, and has three large windows which allow in plenty of light during the day. The room also comes with its own seperate pantry and fridge unit in the kitchen - for your use only!

With just a 10-12 minute walk to Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and Wandsworth Town stations, the flat has great transport links to the city and is close by to some great shops restaurants and bars for a great work/life balance!

The rest of the house features a decent-sized shared living room, a kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven (brand new), gas hob, and all the other usuals. There is also a new washing machine and a dryer for the winter months. For the warmer, summer months there is a great little garden out back - complete with BBQ!

The existing flat mates are both young professionals in the mid 20s (Australian and English). They are both super friendly and social but as busy yo-pros, understand the need for quiet too. Both are keen for the occasional flat get-together over some wines/beers! One flat mate is a sustainability consultant, the other is a self-employed marketing and social media whizz!
