Short Let Ensuite Single Room - £250 Per Week

This is a 2 bedroom flat based in one of the best residential area in London, next to Chelsea harbour. 2 mins walk to the Thames river. 1 min walk to the bus station. 2 mins walk to the Overground Station. 10 mins bus to Sloan Square. 20 mins bus to Leiceater Square.

This property belongs to my aunt. She lives inside the property and she is working almost everyday as she owns her charity.

She would like to share the single ensuite bedroom with nice, polite and likeminded lady or gentleman, boy or girl who come to London for short visits. The kitchen and living room is shared. So you can cook your food or do your laundry.

Your room has a single bed, but can be put into a double bed; your own shower room and toilet. It is a bright room, though the photo looks a bit dark.

The price is 250 pounds include all the bills per week. If you stay for more than one month, it could be cheaper. But you cannot stay for more than 2 months.
