Situated on Dawes Road, the flat is close to many local amenities (inc. above Waitrose and pharmacy), North End Road market and Fulham Broadway cinema, as well as a short walk to Parsons Green and its many brunch options.
It's a top floor apartment with huge church-like windows and lots of light and plants. The room is AVAILABLE EARLY-MID November (no earlier).
There is a small terrace to enjoy a view of the church square but no space for pets. The room (and kitchen) is FULLY FURNISHED but without a desk and there is no TV in the living room. Eelbrook Common, beautiful West Brompton Cemetery, and a public pool are just a walk away (gym on the corner!).
All bills included in the rent to make a simple system of living, plus a general routine for a tidy house. This means tenancy costs cover fair-use of water, gas, electricity, wifi, plus tv license, council tax (Band E), and a fortnightly cleaner for communal spaces (which we ourselves also maintain and care for). Deposit will go into a tenancy deposit scheme.
Looking for one flatmate (not a couple) and someone who does NOT work from home. I work out the house myself but I also have a partner who regularly stays (and occasionally does WFH). I love to travel, so often away for weekends or longer - so there's definitely also alone time in the flat!
All this in a house that is actively trying to live climate conscious, anti-racist, LGBT+ and ENM friendly.
