ALL BILLS double room with its OWN BATHROOM, available in 2-bed flat (with live-in landlord - female, 32, teacher and big reader who likes to cook and occasionally dance in the kitchen!).

Situated on Dawes Road, the flat is close to many local amenities (inc. above Waitrose), North End Road market and Fulham Broadway cinema, as well as a short walk to Parsons Green and its many brunch options.

It's a top floor apartment with huge church-like windows and lots of light and plants. The room is AVAILABLE 1 DECEMBER (willing to do January but no early). All bills included in the rent to make a simple system of living, plus a general routine for a tidy house. This means tenancy costs* cover water, gas, electricity, wifi, tv license, council tax, and fortnightly cleaner for communal spaces (which we ourselves also maintain and care for). Deposit will go into a TDScheme.

Looking for someone who doesn't work from home (or *very* rarely and especially not Mon or Fri) and actively living climate conscious, anti-racist, as well as LGBT+ and ENM friendly. I work out the house but have a partner who stays regularly on weekends, though I enjoy travelling and known to do the same away! I am not interested in live-in couples to rent long-term.

There is a small terrace to enjoy a view of the church square but no space for pets. The room (and kitchen) is FULLY FURNISHED but without a desk and there is no TV in the living room, though its always fun to get the projector and sofa bed out to make for a chilled Sunday laze! Also for such days there is Eelbrook Common, West Brompton Cemetery and a public pool a walk away.

*NB. if you are looking for a short term let, the cost will be higher to cover additional administration (or if a couple briefly wish to stay to then manage impact and bills).
