I work in the London office 3 days every 2 weeks and then travel back to my family in the South West, so for the rest of the time the flat is effectively a one bedroom flat, so ideal for someone wanting pretty much their own space and peace and quiet.

I've lived in the flat for around 10 years and I find it to be great for commuting, but also the outside space is an exceptional sun-trap, plus Eel Brook Common is not even a 2 minute walk to the back of the building.
