I'm looking for a flatmate to replace my friend who is relocating for further studies. The flat is on the first floor of a mid-terraced house on a residential street in the heart of Fulham, just off of Munster Road. Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway tube stations are within a ~10-15 minute walk. The flat encompasses two bedrooms, a separate water-closet and wet room, a large and sunny living room, and a bright kitchen.

I work as a financial consultant in the City and typically work long hours, so ideally the new flatmate will also be a professional and enjoy a quiet house during the work week. I'm an easy going guy and enjoy cooking, exercising, and travelling & socialising/going out during the weekend.

The bedroom is available starting 19 October 2020. The rent is £850 per month, bills are about £125 monthly per person, and the security deposit is £850 (DPS protected). The new tenant will be added to the lease via the letting agency for absolutely no extra fees.
