About the room:
As the title states - this room is small one but very cute if you organise it well! There is a single bed and inbuilt shelves, storage. There is more storage in the hall of the flat if you would need it.
There is washing machine, oven, microwave, Internet. No tv. Bills would come up to £100/month during winter. Normally - less.
The flat is on the ground floor. Less than 5 minute walk to West Brompton Station and 10 min to Earl's Court Station. 15 min walk to the lovely Fulham Broadway. Less than 25 minutes walk to South Kensington, and lots of bus routes are available.
Many shops are available a short walk away on the North End Road.
There's a garden, pretty spacious, which is a great way to get outside and enjoy the green side of central London.
About us, current tenants:
We are two girls -
Kristina (35) - Russian, art tutor, psychology student, is living in this flat for 4 years already. Always busy working and studying so for her this is not just a flat but home to fully relax.
Cristina (30) - works in an estate agency, Spanish. Works 9-5 and also prefers to keep the house quiet and tidy.
We are friendly, busy with our own lives but we do occasionally hang out in the kitchen.
Sometimes we have friends over for a dinner in the garden or kitchen but it is definitely not every weekend and we usually inform each other upfront. (At the moment, during the pandemic, we do not have guests).
We both cook but nothing too complex or time-consuming.
About you: the most important requirements are for you to be friendly, tidy and respectful. Preferably a professional so we would have a similar lifestyle. Not a party person as we prefer the house to be quiet.
Moreover, we live in a challenging times at the moment therefore cleaning, disinfecting of commonly used areas is very important and we want someone conscious about it. We do a quick clean of the kitchen after each use.
You would be sharing the bathroom with only one of us. Leaving it clean is important, of course.
