I'm a 22 years old French student entering my last year at Imperial College. As my current flatmate completed his degree in June this year, I'm looking for someone to take up his double room.
The flat is spacious, functional and only a 10-15 minutes walk to both Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway stations. It is also just a 20 minutes cycle to Imperial College/South Kensington station.
The property has a garden and shared living room as well as a nice sized kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. It is fully furnished with all necessary amenities close by (Sainsbury's superstore only 5 minutes away as well as a small Sainsbury's 2 minutes away).
NOTE: Rent is paid in two half-yearly payments, from 18/08/2020 to 18/08/2021, no reference needed.
I am available for in person visits and I can also organise remote visits through whatsapp. Feel free to contact me for any details.
