3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Fulham Garden Flat

We have a newly renovated flat, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a garden located on Fulham road (5 min walk from Fulham Broadway Tube!). The flat is a quick walk to the Kings road near Chelsea stadium. We are looking for someone to rent a room in the flat. There is a choice of two rooms to choose from as we keep one empty!

We are a male + female. We are looking for someone to fill the other room! We are 27 and 29. We go into the office daily. We’d like someone who goes into the office or university / school most days. We are open to any of the age of 18-38. It is a family owned flat and we are looking for someone who is respectful, independent, clean and considerate and easy to live with. We are not looking for someone who likes hosting parties/hosting friends over. It is very much a home atmosphere.

Your room was refurbished with a new bed, new windows, new curtains etc.

The house has two bathrooms and three toilets. You would have your own bathroom which includes a shower, sink, toilet etc. It has recently been repainted.

We are clean, tidy and friendly and would love to have someone similar! We both have busy work schedules during the week and on the weekend like to go out for dinner with friends, chill, play tennis etc. Male or female, both works. In the evenings on week nights we often watch tv/relax/cook dinner/work.

We both lived in Hong Kong and China and one of us speaks Mandarin.

We have a garden/courtyard with lights and heaters.

Bills are included. The bills include a cleaner as well. We provide everything - furniture, crockery etc.

We are happy to have someone on a short let basis or a long term let. Very relaxed! :)
