Single room in lovely Fulham home

We are looking for someone to fill this single room in a lovely flat at around mid-October (the exact date is still TBD). We are looking for a flatmate who respects each other's space but is also up for a chat in the evenings and socialise.

The flat is really spacious, homely and great value. It's a 5 minute walk from West Brompton tube & Overground, 10 minutes to Fulham Broadway and Earl’s Court (on both the District and Piccadilly lines) and other great transport links with buses directly to central in less than 20 mins (74, 430, 14, 22 etc). The flat has a separate living room with sofas and a TV and a spacious kitchen with all the amenities you need (electric & gas hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer & tumble dryer etc.). One of the rooms in our flat has an ensuite, so you will be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

The single room has a lot of storage space thanks to the large built-in wardrobes. It comes unfurnished but includes a bed.

Bills currently come to £70 per month, but that can go up or down by c. £20 depending on use & season.

A bit about us: I’m 30, work as a Product Designer, and I love anything to do with technology, cooking, baking, and interior design. Mariam is 25, works in Tech PR and loves going to the gym, going on walks, watching netflix, cooking, going to the cinema – the list goes on ☺️ We love this flat as a place to relax, and we like to hang out on the occasional evening, cook some nice meals together, watch a movie or just have a chat.
