This flat lies in the heart of Fulham within walking distance of three underground-stations- Parsons Green, Putney Bridge and Fulham Broadway. A good area with very little and rare anti-social disturbances (coming from the foxes at best!). Situated within walking distance of two large parks. In terms of night life, it is 3 bus stop away from Putney where there is a cinema, many restaurants and many pubs/bars/clubs likewise to the very close Fulham Broadway and Chelsea. There is the option of 3 different buses that go directly from here to CentralLondon (211-Waterloo, 74-Baker Street and 430-South Kensington) and two buses (220 or 295) are a 15 minute journey to Shepherds Bush's Westfield Shopping Centre.

The landlady is nice, hardly around except to collect rent and she will always gives 48 hour notice. Cleanliness is essential, so cleaning responsibilities must be shared amongst flatmates. There's currently 4 bedrooms: 1 small one for £550 pcm and 3 big ones for £650 pcm. No couples and no pets.
