Flat is on the third floor with a lift, and only has 2 bedrooms so you’ll be sharing with one other single person only.

Bedroom is unfurnished, outgoing housemate may provide/sell some pieces (updated pictures to come).

You will have your own bathroom which has a separate shower and bath and there is plenty of storage. There is also large cupboard in the hallway for coats and suitcases etc.

Living/dining room is fully furnished by myself (updated pictures to come). In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, full size fridge and freezer and a large pantry as well.

A new tenant could move in October, date can be discussed. Viewings to take place this weekend (14th and 15th September) and agent would want to do references.
