Double room in 2-bed Fulham/Imperial Wharf

Hey,

My Flatmate is sadly moving out :( to live closer to her boyfriend. We have a two bedroom flat which is more like a home than a shared living space :) I’m looking for a kind and respectful professional to take over the room. Moving in date is flexible.

Please note, preferred WFH max 2 days a week, flat is sadly not suitable for fully remote workers sorry!

The room & flat

•⁠ ⁠Spacious, bright bedroom with a king-size bed. Comes fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, desk and mirror.
•⁠ ⁠Modern open-plan kitchen and living room with lots of natural light. Kitchen fully functional with dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc. Pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc. fully available and shared.
•⁠ ⁠Access to a large open shared garden, perfect for gardening or relaxing when it's warm out.
•⁠ ⁠Close to the river and a park (<5 min walk in either direction)
•⁠ ⁠Very close to a large Sainsbury's and cute shops / cafes along Wandsworth Bridge Rd
•⁠ ⁠Nearest stations are Parsons Green (District Line) and Imperial Wharf (trains) both <15 minute walk, but there are bus stops nearer by (<3 mins)

The landlord:

We rent the flat directly from the owner, Marstons, who are great. Every time we have an issue or need something fixed, they send a person to sort it out. We are actually on quite friendly terms with them.

The flatmate:

I work in supply chain. I am tidy, organized, sociable but respect other people's space and privacy. I am sporty, fun and like to organize events, but at the same time am responsible and reliable.

Bills:

Bills are not included in rent and are currently £162 p/person p/month (broadband, electricity, gas, water, council tax).
