Double room in our social Fulham flat available immediately.

We live a 15min walk between Hammersmith and Putney Bridge tube stations, with a bus route at the end of our street that feeds either station. Across the road from a Londis/post office and a 10min walk to our local Tesco/coffee shop/pubs.

Also at the end of our street sits the River Thames which is a nice perk particularly in the summer months.

We are a flat of two girls Clara & Kirsten (American & Kiwi) and myself (Australian) and you’ll be taking the spot of our flatmate Sam. We’re generally a social house that enjoy the occasional pub trip, flat drinks or movie night. However we all have our social and professional lives to go by.

The house:
- Moderately sized double bedroom, fully furnished
- Moderately sized kitchen and lounge room
- 1 bathroom
- Plenty of storage space

Rent/Bills:
- £510/pcm + bills £50-70/pcm varying between the different seasons. This includes water, gas, electricity, internet & a cleaner.
- £500 deposit
- There’s no lease agreement, so you’re flexible for moving out given there’s notice to the house.
